Water On the Plains

Newsflash! There is now water out on the Plains!

56 tons of it. (As Hub city folks always say, Boy howdy!)

This is what Cowboy Joe does in his spare time.

It took 2 days for that much water to be pumped out of our well. And guess what? Water up at the house was scarce. Because it was all going out in the pool. But that’s country livin at it’s best for ya.

And looks like it was worth it!

Yeehaw! Somebody touched bottom!

Guns up!

Looks like someone’s enjoying leisure time away from the property. Oh what a lazy bum. šŸ™‚

So what are your favorite pool experiences? Any sight, sounds, smells, feelings that fly to mind??? Anyone?

For me, it’s the rippling water in a 56-ton pool, the sound of splashing and laughter and happiness, smell of sun lotion and chlorine and BarbQ drifting through the breeze, feeling of warmth as the sun saturates the pool and myself…okay I’ve run out of words. It’s your turn now. šŸ™‚

What comes to mind when you think of the pool??

Looking forward to hearing from all ya’ll readers.

Happy trails, and happy swimming, to you.

Until we meet again,
