Simply Divine Summer Rainbow Popsicles [Party]

Here are some mouthwatering, simply divine popsicles perfect for your next summer “Splash Bash” party or picnic.  These popsicles taste like summer!  The good news is they are so simple and cheap to make–mine cost $3.34.  Your guests will “ooh” and “ah” over all of the colorful layers.  I made mine in pastel colors, but you can make any color to suit your celebration.

I used a can of pineapple, Gatorade, Powerade and Koolaid packets to make mine.  I drained the pineapple juice out and used the juice for the base of the popsicle.  The pineapple flavor adds such a “party” flavor!

After you make the koolaid packets, decide which colors of the drinks go first.  Pour a small amount of the the 1st color into your popsicle molds.  Freeze until solid.  Move onto the next color.  Freeze that color.  Keep going until all of the colors are finished.  Put the popsicle stick into the top color and freeze.

Such gorgeous colors, and all of the delicious flavors mix to make a perfectly divine popsicle.  Your kids or party guests will love!!

  1. These Rainbow Popsicles are so pretty. They do seem time consuming but would make a big impact for a summer gathering. I love the idea of pineapple juice being the base flavor.

    • Thank you Jen! They were simple, easy to mix, and pour into the popsicle mold. The time consuming part came when I was freezing each layer, and waiting on the layers to freeze up. However, it only took an afternoon/evening to finish, surprisingly. It would be a great project to have kids or grand kids help out with…they could probably do it themselves! Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment here at HCG. You rock!! HCG
